Weekly Food Coaching & Weekly Personal Training
An approach to food that is built on giving you confidence in your choices, tailored to what you want to achieve and need support with.
Supportive in person coaching by weekly 1/2 hour (video) call to work with you to set a focus and weekly plan, ensuring that the outcome is your empowerment. We tackle triggers and patterns. We’ll add ideas and strategies to make things easier and more fun, using your strengths and knowledge base to make the changes you want. (When you’re ready, sessions can change to monthly check ins.)
*Add your preference of personal training sessions, for one monthly charge:
(Including 1/2 hour weekly food coaching call and message support).
- 1 personal training hour session per week (or 2x half hours) £235 per month
- 2 x hour sessions per week £380 per month
- 3 x hour sessions per week £515 per month
Monthly Food Coaching & Weekly Personal Training
A space by monthly 1 hour (video) call to discuss everything food orientated. We’ll build your confidence in designing your own approach to food, tackling issues that come up, planning and working on strategies that will help you to make this part of your life, in a way that you are really happy with.

(Including 1 food coaching call per month and message support through the month).
- 1 personal training hour session per week (or 2x half hours) £190 per month
- 2 x hour sessions per week £335 per month
- 3 x hour sessions per week £470 per month
T & C’s – booked & paid in advance subject to availability, 24 hour notice standard to cancel or postpone. Please postpone immediately if Covid symptoms are suspected to keep everyone safe, and notify me even while waiting on tests results.
Sessions may be in the gym (Matrix), or at a suitable outdoor public venue (in line requirements from time to time). Online sessions are always an option, done via zoom or video call. Some tiers or restrictions have allowed for 1-2-1 training in homes or private gardens. Please check on on the Facebook or Instagram page for updates. I always ensure my approach is supported by my insurer.

Coaching is based on widely accepted evidence based approaches to training, effective and set standards for health and wellbeing, experience and your fitness goals.
