Food coaching is an outstandingly simple way to improve how food is working for you. Tackling a lifetime of habits, can be tricky, but with support, you can develop an approach to food that suits your life, step by step. This is built on giving you confidence in your choices, tailored to what you want to achieve and need support with.

Weekly Food Coaching
Supportive in person coaching by weekly 1/2 hour (video) call to work with you to set a focus and weekly plan, ensuring that the outcome is your empowerment. We tackle triggers and patterns. We’ll add ideas and strategies to make things easier and more fun, using your strengths and knowledge base to make the changes you want. (When you’re ready, sessions can change to monthly check ins.)
To start, you complete a self assessment to give us a place to begin to gather insight that we need about what you’d like to do, and your relationship with food. Then we’ll have a consultative session to talk about all things food, and begin deciding on the steps to head in the direction you want.
If you’d like to add a significant level of insight, we can do a food diary analysis, included for clients on a monthly plan.
Monthly cost (including messaging support):
- 1 half hour session per week by video call £90 per month
Monthly Food Coaching
A space by one monthly 1 hour (video) call to discuss everything food orientated. We’ll build your confidence in designing your own approach to food, tackling issues that come up, planning and working on strategies that will help you to make this part of your life, in a way that you are really happy with.
If you’d like to add a significant level of insight, we can do an initial food diary analysis, included for clients on a monthly plan.
Monthly cost (including messaging support):
- One 1 hour video call £45 per month
Optional Food Diary Analysis
If you sign up to a monthly programme, an initial food diary analysis is included in your plan. This allows us to identify the great things in your diet, patterns, nutritional density, easy wins, and work out a stepped approach that is achievable and includes the changes you want to make.
If you’d like to manage your own approach to food, a food diary analysis is a fascinating way to develop insight, decide and plan the changes you want to make. It’s incredible to find out what you’re already doing well, and what might really make a difference.
One off charge
- The analysis includes setting you up to make the food diary and a meeting to discuss the analysis by video call. £60
T & C’s – booked & paid monthly in advance, sessions subject to availability,
Cancellation is easy when required, or goals achieved – 1 week notice in advance of next cycle.
Analysis, consultations and weekly coaching can be done in an online only format. Initial consultations and recommendations are welcome to be in person if you are close to Malvern, subject to current advisory and restrictions.
