A tailored movement programme that builds your fitness, and your way of getting fit. There is no generalisation here: you are coached in technique, form and exercises are selected to address what your body needs.
We’ll build a solid foundation, no matter where you are in your fitness journey, and progress as you do.
Our first session is an assessment to understand how you are moving, and develop programming that really matches your needs.
Find your fun in fitness, define your shape, overcome what has been in your way. As you progress, so will your programming.
If you’ve completed an injury rehabilitation programme, are postnatal, a senior fitness enthusiast or have overcome a health issue, having programming made for you and supportive coaching can help you to build confidence and progress at rate that works best for you.

T & C’s – booked & paid in advance subject to availability, 24 hour notice standard to cancel or postpone. Please postpone immediately if Covid symptoms are suspected to keep everyone safe, and notify me even while waiting on tests results.
*Please note, food coaching is not medical advice. Any issues deemed out of scope of practice, and in need of professional support will be referred as necessary to best look after your needs. Coaching is based on widely accepted evidence based approaches to training, effective and set standards for health and wellbeing, experience and your fitness goals.

First paid session is a detailed movement assessment, approx 1 hour long (delivered as a fitness-level appropriate workout).
