STRENGTH & CONDITIONING for WOMEN
From 17 to 70 years young, my small group pt sessions bring together women from beginners to those who are more experienced. I programme 6 week blocks focussing on a key movement pattern or training effect. We prepare the body, do the main strength work, some skill development and then conditioning. We build the movement patterns from the foundations, to find your most optimum position and understanding, and feel the progress you make. Naturally we work on all you’d expect – squats, deadlifts, presses, but also some movements you may not, because in the body, everything is connected.
As our class size is no more than 5/6, it allows for proper technique development and coaching, and enjoying the company of the women around you.
Once you have a place, it’s yours unless you cancel, so places don’t become available very often. Each session works like a standalone session too, and if you can’t make your slot, often I can accommodate you in one of the other groups in the week.
Mondays 12-1pm (mixed) and 6-7pm (women only)
Monday 11-12 – MASTERS – minimum of 70 years young, mixed.
Thursdays 5:30-6:30
Fridays 12-1pm
(Held at Matrix Fitness, Malvern. Sessions cost £16 per session.)
