Hello! I’m Bronwyn, a personal trainer in Malvern.
I work 1-2-1 with women and men to develop enjoyable ways to build their fitness. I have a particular interest in coaching women, as we tend to be underserved in all things health and wellness.
I provide food and fitness coaching to support you in achieving what you’d like to do – to find out what your body can do.
I’m an independent personal trainer currently providing 1-2-1 sessions and small group strength & conditioning classes out of a lovely private personal training gym in Malvern, Worcestershire. I support clients with remote coaching for both food and fitness. I also enjoy coaching small groups, and have 3 women-only small group sessions, a mixed (men/ women) and a masters mixed (over 70 years young!) group. I do occasional specialist skill sessions (like kettlebells) and have a few specialist groups to support groups that may need a different approach in development.
My clients find me because –
- They’ve decided that they don’t want to spend another second feeling bad about their bodies
- Are fed up trying diets, classes, apps, gyms because they haven’t worked the way they wanted them to
- Are regular exercisers wanting to feel they’re getting somewhere and need a bit of challenge and personalised programme to make some real gains with improved technique and structure
- Have had a health scare that has really fired them up to get stronger, manage their weight and find a way to enjoy exercising
- Are tired of an old niggle (knees? back? shoulders?) getting in the way of feeling fit and capable
- Have never been an ‘exerciser’, or are finding their way back to it after life sent them in a different direction
- Are going through a big change in life – divorce, illness, menopause or changing locations or about to do something they’ve never done before
- Want to build their long term health & fitness as they are getting older
- Feel anxious about being in the gym or exercising
- Love food – eat healthily, or not currently eating well, or are unsure if their way of eating is helping at all
- Have stress in their work or lives that exercise could help to manage

I understand how real life impacts the opportunity to exercise. You’d be amazed at how different exercise feels when your workout is designed to work for you, based on your unique body, and what you respond to and enjoy. Movement can have a powerful effect on the whole of you, and there is way more to it than earning calories.
Food could and should be one of life’s pleasures, bringing you the health and fuel you need, as well as fitting your lifestyle. Nobody wants to diet for the rest of their lives.

Food coaching
- Eat happily and healthily from this point onwards. Without endless restrictive eating or being a slave to diet trends and products. Understand and choose to act on the small and significant changes that are possible and make sense for you to do, even with a busy life (and family), and without judgement.
Fitness coaching
- Programming designed for your strengths AND things that need a little care – that works for your unique body (its age, and its history) and builds a successful approach to improving your fitness. Be challenged and coached from your current level to where you want to be, and see how the work evolves as you progress.
Food & Fitness combined
I like to say that I coach whole people. What’s important to you, how you live and what the key steps are to develop your fitness will underpin the approach we set out together. We’re focussed on building you up for the activities you want to enjoy, but our ultimate goal is your long term longevity, healthspan and quality of independent movement. Building you for the decades to come.
