- You’ll have the support of a group going through the same process – support and encourage each other.
- Chances are, you’ll never have to try another diet.
Design your own diet, around the life you lead, what’s pleasurable about food for you, and changes (if needed) to better take care of your health.
Please note, if you do have a medical condition, or specific nutritional needs, please consult your appropriate professional. We will not be diagnosing conditions, or able to address specific health issues. We will be learning and applying scientifically backed principles of health and nutrition to put your in charge of what you are eating and drinking. If you find you want to have additional support, 1-2-1 coaching and diet analysis is available, but there will be no pressure or obligation to do so.
